How Long has the church been in existence?
From our earliest beginning - 153 years. As New Hope
congregation - 14 years.
The first congregation was Friedens - founded in 1852
The second congregation was Peace - founded in 1912
They merged to form Friedens-Peace in 1967
New Hope congregation was formed from the above congregations in 1991
How many members do we have?
We have 400 members
How many households do we have?
We have 192 households

How many groups use our church on a regular basis and what are their
names?
Ten teams use our church on a regular basis.
New Hope teams - Choir, Sunday School, Consistory, Bible Study, Women's
Fellowship, Mission & Outreach Food Pantry, Confirmation Classes, and
Church Team Ministries. Several outside groups that use our
facility include: Open AA & Al-Anon Meeting 2nd Saturday of the
month, American Legion Auxiliary, Cub Scouts, Weight
Watchers, and other ecumenical and community based groups.
