The Pastor Parish
Relations Team enhances, maintains and renews a healthy, harmonious, and
peaceful relationship between the pastor and congregation. The
team assists the pastor and parish to set goals, do performance reviews,
create new ideas of mission and ministry.

Discussion and Recommendation
This year’s review
meeting started with Rev. Jim bringing us up to date on how things have
been progressing. With our continual growth, it seems that his time is
still being stretched in many different ways. As we continue to grow,
we will need to consider an assistant pastor to supplement the
visitations to new members and shut-ins.

contacted various church committee members and leaders to discuss Rev.
Jim’s participation, involvement, and guidance in various teams.
